Webinar | E.TALK Opportunities in the Polish market

Following the prospecting visit to Warsaw in May and after noting the interest of Polish companies in the business fabric of the Aveiro district, AIDA CCI will hold an e.Talk on business opportunities in the Polish market, advantages, and alerts, which will take place on the TEAMS platform early in the morning of July 7th.

The e.Talk will be in English, but participants may ask their questions in Portuguese. During the event, in case of difficulty, participants can turn on the PT subtitles.

Speakers:

António Soares
Expert Partner and Portugal Country Director at CIVITTA
António Soares is a consultant and project manager with extensive experience in European Union-funded programs in the areas of innovation, competitiveness, internationalization, sustainability, and the development of business sectors and territories.
He is responsible for developing CIVITTA’s activities in Portugal and for cooperating with business and institutional partners. Throughout his career, he has supported companies, associations, public entities, universities, and science and technology parks in the preparation and implementation of impactful projects, promoting the connection between academia, society, and the business sector.
He holds a degree in Regional and Urban Planning and has postgraduate training in Innovation and Development Policies.

Jorge Salvador
Director of AICEP in Warsaw, Poland, and non-resident in Romania and the Czech Republic, also serving as Economic and Commercial Counselor at the Embassy of Portugal in Warsaw, Poland, and non-resident at the Embassies of Portugal in Romania and the Czech Republic.
Since joining AICEP in 2007, he has also held management positions in Chile, Peru, and Cape Verde.
He also worked as a Specialist/Manager for the Construction and Building Materials Sector and Account Manager at the Agency in Lisbon for five years, as well as a Product, Project, and Marketing Manager in three private Portuguese companies.
He began his international career in 2006 as an intern for the INOV Contacto Program at the ICEP Portugal Delegation in Santiago, Chile.
He holds a degree in Business Organization and Management, specializing in Marketing, from the Universidade Moderna de Lisboa, and has completed several training courses in the area of international management and business, both in Portugal and abroad.

Agnieszka Matloka
Agnieszka Matloka is an Associate Partner at Civitta Poland, specializing in sustainability (ESG), internationalization, market intelligence, and international business development. In the context of the Aveiro 5.0 project by AIDA CCI, she supported the Portuguese office in accessing Central and Eastern European markets by providing specialized market knowledge, contributing to the development of strategic market guides, fostering stakeholder engagement, and supporting business networking and cooperation activities throughout the Central and Eastern European region, with a particular focus on Poland.

Monika Kisiel
Manager in the Investment Support Department of the Polish Investment and Trade Agency (PAIH).
She is responsible for supporting investment projects and fostering cooperation with commercial and institutional partners both in Poland and internationally.
On a daily basis, she works closely with investors, local governments, and other stakeholders, ensuring a skillful combination between public sector perspectives and the needs of the business community.
She is also a certified facilitator by the International Association of Facilitators (IAF).
She has vast experience supporting teams and organizations through strategic workshops, participatory processes, and collaborative meetings aimed at consensus building and effective decision-making, especially in complex environments.

Sylwia Królak-Kolęda
Is the General Director of the Polish-Portuguese Chamber of Commerce.
She has been dedicated to promoting economic relations between Poland, Portugal, and Brazil for over six years.
She is responsible for the operational management of the PPCC, the development of cooperation with business and institutional partners, and the coordination of initiatives supporting the internationalization of companies.
She is a specialist in organizing business missions, B2B meetings, conferences, and business seminars, as well as supporting companies in creating commercial partnerships and expanding into international markets.

The e.Talk, held under the Aveiro 5.0 Export project and co-financed by Portugal 2030, Compete 2030, and the European Union, will be conducted in English; however, participants are welcome to ask their questions in Portuguese. During the event, if needed, participants may enable Portuguese subtitles.
