Applications Open | Support to recover companies in Aveiro
AIDA CCI alerts that companies in the municipalities of Águeda, Albergaria-a-Velha, Anadia, Aveiro, Castelo de Paiva, Estarreja, Ílhavo, Mealhada, Murtosa, Ovar, Sever do Vouga, and Vagos affected by the recent storms and floods can access funding to recover their activity and invest in innovation.
PRR Support: Notice No. 06/C05‑i14.01/2026
Regarding the latest notice under the Recovery and Resilience Plan (PRR) – “Reindustrializar” Line, the Government has made a €150 million budget available. This value is intended to support productive investment operations that promote increased physical resilience of facilities, equipment, and infrastructure, expansion of productive capacity, and protection of communication and energy systems. Applications are open until 17:59 on 31 March 2026.
Complementary Credit Lines
In addition to the PRR grant component, there are complementary instruments available to the business sector:
- Banco Português de Fomento Support: 100% reimbursable financing for non-eligible expenses and working capital needs.
- Commercial Banking: Access to specific credit lines to support recovery and reconstruction, as well as treasury, approved by the Council of Ministers Resolution No. 17-B/2026.
Target Audience and Conditions
The measures apply to companies located in the municipalities declared in a state of calamity and contingency. Projects must present a minimum eligible investment of 100 thousand euros and a maximum of 10 million euros.
