Public Consultation | Barriers in European Single Market (02/2026)
AIDA CCI, through the Enterprise Europe Network (EEN) and in close collaboration with CEP – Portuguese Business Confederation, informs the business sector about the launch of a Public Consultation to collect contributions for the upcoming meeting of the Internal Market Committee of BusinessEurope and the European Commission (DG GROW).
The main objective of this initiative is to discuss issues related to the application of European legislation and to act decisively in mitigating barriers within the European Single Market.
Participation Details and Contributions
We request companies to send us detailed information on regulatory barriers, administrative obstacles, or instances of explicit discrimination faced in target markets (the other 26 Member States). For each specific case, it is essential to indicate in which EU Member State(s) these situations occur, thereby flagging potential infringements of European Union law.

This call is aimed at all Portuguese companies operating or exporting within the European Union that face unjustified operational constraints on the ground.
