C11 – Industry Decarbonization
The republication of Notice No. 03/C11-i01/2022 – Support for Industry Decarbonization, dated December 2, extends the deadline for applications until February 17, 2023, and introduces changes:
– Point 6, removing the requirement for Non-SMEs with projects under Modality A to have the commitment declaration related to items e) and h) of point 6.1 and i) of point 6.2 signed by a certified public accountant (ROC). Validation for all company sizes will now be carried out by a certified accountant.
– Point 11, prohibiting companies from applying under this notice for the same establishment if it has already been part of an application under Notice No. 02/C11-i01/2022.
In Annex III, the calculation method for criteria C1 and C4 has been clarified.

C16 – Companies 4.0
The second republication of Notice No. 10/C16-i02/2022 | Vouchers for Startups – New Green and Digital Products, dated November 30, introduces:
– Point 5, clarifying CAE codes and including sectors with higher knowledge intensity;
– Point 14, limiting the number of applications per startup (only one).
