How the Scheduling Works
The Citizen Card scheduling service allows citizens to choose the most convenient date, time, and location for their appointment. To avoid queues and ensure comfort, head to one of the Service Points with the assurance that you will be attended to at the scheduled time.
Scheduling can be done by calling 707 20 11 22 (available on weekdays, from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM) or via email at agendamento.cc@dgrn.mj.pt. Confirmation will be sent within 24 hours after the request.

- IRN Registry Offices
- Notary Offices (e.g., 1st Specialized Notary Office of Aveiro – weekdays, from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM)

Information Needed for Scheduling
When making your scheduling request, have the following information ready:

Appointment Confirmation
You will receive confirmation of your appointment within 24 hours after submitting your request, either by email or phone. If you are unable to attend, please inform us in advance by phone or email so that other citizens can be attended efficiently.
Instructions for the Day of Your Appointment
On the scheduled day, follow these steps:
- Go to the Information Desk and inform them that you have an appointment for your Citizen Card request.
- After confirming your appointment, you will receive a ticket for service.
- This service was created for your convenience, so we kindly ask that you use the phone line and email only for scheduling requests and not for other purposes.
