AIDA CCI Launches 90% Funded Training-Action Projects for SMEs

AIDA CCI – Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the District of Aveiro announces that applications are now open for the development of new 90% Funded Training-Action Projects for SMEs. As the promoting entity, AIDA CCI will support micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises wishing to invest in qualifying their human resources and, consequently, in their competitiveness, with funding that can reach up to 90% of eligible expenses.

With a proven track record since 1997 in promoting this type of project, AIDA CCI positions itself as the strategic partner to design and implement a training initiative fully tailored to your company’s specific needs. AIDA CCI Member companies will be given priority in the selection process.

What are Training-Action Projects?

The Training-Action methodology is a proven intervention model that combines theoretical training (in the classroom) with practical and specialized consultancy (on the job). This model allows acquired knowledge to be immediately applied to solving real problems and implementing concrete improvements within the organization, which ensures a direct impact on the company’s productivity and performance.

Strategic Thematic Areas

The training projects will be developed with the aim of improving employability and productivity, focusing on intervention areas critical for business success in the current context. Companies can develop their projects in one of the following thematic areas:

Innovation
Digitalization and Digital Transition
Energy Efficiency and Decarbonization
Internationalization
Competitiveness
ESG Criteria (Environmental, Social, and Governance)

Advantages and Participation Conditions

High Funding Level: The project benefits from support of up to 90% for training and consultancy expenses.
Customized Training: The total hours of each project (between 50 and 275 hours) will be defined according to the specific needs of each company.
Duration: The projects will have a maximum duration of 24 months, with an expected start in 2026.
