Access to Japanese and South Korean Market Under Discussion
The Enterprise Europe Network (EEN) at AIDA CCI, in collaboration with the DGAE – Directorate-General for Economic Activities, informs that the upcoming meeting of the Market Access Advisory Committee (MAAC) will discuss access to the markets of Japan and South Korea.
- Japan – Currently, 7 active barriers are registered (formalised on the EU Portal), affecting the following economic sectors:
- South Korea – Currently has 16 active barriers impacting the following sectors:

We kindly request the collaboration of companies by submitting information on the potential impact of these barriers or other existing difficulties, still unidentified, that may affect the activity of Portuguese businesses in these markets.
