How Does Matchmaking Work?

EnergyWeek 2025 Matchmaking uses a digital platform that allows participants to schedule 20-minute meetings. The process is simple:

1. Register on the B2Match platform and create a detailed profile​.
2. Search for potential partners and send meeting requests​.
3. Confirm and schedule meetings according to your availability​.
4. Participate in in-person meetings, in the matchmaking area at Vaasa City Hall​.
5. Provide feedback on meetings and follow up on possible collaborations​.

Note: Meeting scheduling will be available from February 18, 2025​.
