Collective Participation | Formnext 2025 Fair – Additive Manufacturing Center

As part of the ExporTECH 5.0 project, AIDA CCI is organizing the collective participation of companies at the FORMNEXT 2025 trade fair, a strategic opportunity for Portuguese companies to position themselves at the forefront of Additive Manufacturing and the 3D Industry. The initiative, taking place from November 18 to 21, 2025, in Frankfurt, is part of the SICE – Internationalization of SMEs and is co-funded by the ERDF, under the Compete 2030 program (Notice MPr-2024-5).

Target Audience

This collective participation is aimed at Portuguese SMEs (located in the NUTS II North and Center regions) seeking to strengthen their Internationalization process. Applicant companies must meet the eligibility criteria defined within the scope of the ExporTECH 5.0 project.

Participation Conditions and Investment

Participation in the FORMNEXT 2025 Fair benefits from up to 50% co-financing on eligible expenses for SMEs. We offer the following participation options (stand only):

Included Services:

• Individual exhibition space (“turnkey” stand with modular walls, lighting, sockets, 1 table, 3 chairs, 1 bin, and a display counter).
• Travel and accommodation for one person per company (flight and 5 nights’ lodging), within the project’s terms and limits.
• Basic SMS Package.
• Transport of samples (if applicable).
• Permanent technical management and support from the AIDA CCI team.
• Exhibitor invitations/cards.
