Webinar: Legal Obligations in the Workplace

On February 12th, AIDA CCI will host a Webinar dedicated to Internal Regulations and Policies for Preventing and Combating Workplace Harassment. This session aims to empower companies to understand, apply, and comply with the requirements of the current Portuguese legal framework.
The main objective of this training is to equip participants with practical skills to distinguish and implement mandatory regulatory instruments, recognize risk situations, and manage disciplinary and reporting procedures correctly and impartially. The session will be led by Júlio André Soares, a lawyer specializing in Labour Law and Compliance.

Adopting codes of conduct (mandatory for many companies under Law no. 73/2017) is fundamental not only to avoid sanctions from the Authority for Working Conditions (ACT) but also to promote a healthy work environment.
