AIDA CCI informs that the Call for Applications Centro2030-2025-3 is now open under the PT2030 program. This call targets the Circular Economy, aiming to accelerate the transition to a carbon-neutral economy by promoting decarbonization, energy efficiency, and emissions reduction.

Deadline and Funding Conditions
- Application Deadline: Until April 30, 2025.
- Co-financing Rate: Up to 60% non-repayable grant.
Target Audience
This call is aimed at Micro, Small, and Medium-sized Enterprises (SMEs) with organized accounting, operating in the Centro Region of Portugal, that intend to implement productive innovation projects and circular solutions.
Note: Sole proprietors, individual limited liability establishments, service providers, and liberal professionals are not eligible.
Eligible Projects: What can be funded?
- Material Reintegration: Production of new products from waste (upcycling and downcycling).
- Ecodesign: Development of more sustainable products and processes.
- Raw Material Reduction: Use of reusable packaging and recycled materials.
- New Circular Business Models: Such as “product-as-a-service” and sharing economy.
- Logistics Optimization: Innovation in e-commerce to reduce packaging.
Eligible Expenses
- Acquisition of machinery and equipment, including software;
- Transfer of technology, patents, licenses, and know-how;
- Expenses with ROC (Official Auditor), studies, diagnostics, audits, marketing plans, and engineering services.
