Aveiro2World Project begins prospecting visit to SEMICON Europa 2025

AIDA CCI, as part of the Aveiro2World project, conducted its first day of a visit to the SEMICON Europa 2025 trade fair in Munich today. This event is considered one of the most important in Europe for the semiconductor sector, where industry leaders from across the entire design and manufacturing supply chain are present, including MEMS, sensors, electronics, flexible and power electronics, IoT, automotive, MedTech, among others.

Benchmarking and Trend Analysis in the Heart of the Industry

This prospecting visit aims to evaluate on-site the trends, commercialization/distribution models, and implemented strategies from an operational benchmarking perspective. In addition to visiting exhibitors, the AIDA CCI team also attended technical conferences to deepen their knowledge of the innovations shaping the future of the sector.

Promoting the Aveiro Region’s Industry

The presence at SEMICON Europa also serves to promote the industry of the Aveiro Region, with a special focus on the dynamism of the ICT (Information, Communication, and Electronics Technologies) sector. During the visit, the region’s most emblematic companies in the semiconductor and microelectronics field are being introduced to exhibitors, building bridges for future collaborations and business opportunities.
