This initiative offers 100% free training designed to boost digital transformation and value internal talent. The program is funded by the Recovery and Resilience Plan (RRP) and promoted by IEFP (Institute for Employment and Vocational Training).

What is the Employment + Digital 2025 Program?

The Employment + Digital 2025 is a training program designed to meet the concrete needs of the labor market, allowing companies and their employees to acquire or reinforce skills in the digital area. The goal is to accelerate the digital transition of the business fabric, increasing productivity and competitiveness in a sustained manner.

Private companies and social economy entities located in the Northern Region.
Employed workers, regardless of their level of digital proficiency.

Methodology, Conditions, and Certification

Training involves flexible delivery methods and can take place either in-person or online. As a certified entity, AIDA CCI ensures quality and rigor under the following conditions:

Tailor-Made Plans (In-Company): Training can take place at the company’s facilities, on days and times defined by the company, provided there is a minimum of 15 trainees.
Official Certification: A Certificate of Participation is issued through the SIGO platform to all trainees who successfully complete the course.
Support for Trainees: A meal allowance of €6.00 per session is granted if the training takes place after working hours (for sessions with a minimum of 3 hours).
