European Union Launches EUDIS Matchmaking to Connect Defence Sector Stakeholders

As part of its participation in the Enterprise Europe Network (EEN), AIDA CCI announces EUDIS Matchmaking, a new European Union initiative aimed at connecting innovators, investors, and end-users in the defence sector. The goal is to strengthen connections within the European defence innovation ecosystem, accelerating the sector’s growth and facilitating access to funding.

A Unique Opportunity for Innovators in Portugal

EUDIS Matchmaking offers a structured environment to foster high-value collaborations. Participation on this hybrid platform (digital and in-person) will allow Portuguese entities to:

Establish strategic contacts with European investors and partners.
Promote their technological solutions for the defence sector.
Participate in specialized matchmaking events and webinars.
Increase knowledge about the European defence market.
Benefit from a dedicated support network at no cost.

Who Can Participate and How Does It Work?

The EUDIS Matchmaking platform is open to startups, scaleups, innovative SMEs, large defence companies, as well as end-users and research organizations based in EU Member States or Norway. Participation is free.

After submitting their application, selected entities will gain access to the matchmaking platform and can register for specific events. The initiative is on a continuous call basis since March 19, 2025.
