AIDA CCI Highlights the Launch of the Nutrir Collection by its Member Grestel

AIDA CCI is pleased to highlight the launch of the Nutrir Collection, an initiative by its member company Grestel – Produtos Cerâmicos, S.A., through its renowned brand COSTA NOVA. The project, developed in collaboration with NOVA Medical School and the Casa Hermes Foundation, was officially presented on December 10th in Lisbon.

The initiative, launched on International Human Rights Day, underscores the importance of access to healthy food. The new collection features the “T-Plates,” designed to facilitate balanced food choices through an approach that unites science, education, and Portuguese design.

The T-Plate: Nutritional Education at the Service of Society

The T-Plate is a pedagogical tool, available in adult and child versions, developed to clearly and intuitively explain the recommended proportions of each food group:

50% vegetables;
25% cereals, tubers, and legumes;
25% meat, fish, and eggs.

With this visual representation, the project aims to promote greater food autonomy and awareness in families and schools, contributing to improved nutritional literacy across all ages.
