Industrial clients from Aveiro take part in information session on electricity costs organised by ERSE, AIDA CCI, and AEA/ACOAG
ERSE – Regulatory Authority for Energy Services held, on 3 June 2025, in partnership with the AIDA CCI – Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the District of Aveiro and the AEA/ACOAG – Águeda Business Association, an information session on electricity costs, aimed at industrial clients.
The initiative, which took place in Aveiro, brought together around 70 participants and aimed primarily to address questions raised by companies, particularly regarding measures to optimise electricity costs.
The session was opened by the President of the Board of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the District of Aveiro, Fernando Castro, and featured five ERSE representatives: André Rocha, from the Financial and Economic Directorate, David Oliveira, from the Markets and Competition Directorate, Patrícia Lages, from the Tariffs, Pricing and Energy Efficiency Directorate, Paulo Oliveira, from the Infrastructure and Networks Directorate, and Pedro Costa, from the Energy Consumers Directorate.
Topics discussed included the value chain of the electricity sector, the main factors driving electricity price trends, the contractual conditions of electricity supply contracts, and the presentation of solutions to reduce energy bills.
These sessions are part of the ERSEForma Programme, created by ERSE to increase energy literacy among various target groups.
