MANTRA: European Funding of up to €50,000 to Boost Innovation in Industrial SMEs
As part of its role in the Enterprise Europe Network (EEN), AIDA CCI promotes the MANTRA Project, a European Union initiative dedicated to the digital and sustainable transformation of the industrial sector. This opportunity targets SMEs operating in machinery, food, textiles, plastics, ceramics, and metal industries.
MANTRA will select 50 industrial SMEs to receive technical support and direct funding of up to €50,000, fostering the adoption of advanced technologies and social innovation.
Shape the Future of the Programme: Take the Survey
To ensure funding meets actual business needs, a survey for industrial SMEs has been launched. The deadline for participation is April 9, 2025.
Although not mandatory for the formal application, completing the survey helps tailor the support mechanisms to your specific challenges. The official selection process for the MANTRA project will begin in June 2025.
Eligible Areas for Funding
The grant can support initiatives focused on:
- Substitution or recycling of critical raw materials;
- Safe and sustainable manufacturing (Safety & Security by Design);
- Integration of renewable energies and energy efficiency;
- Promotion of circular economy models;
- Strengthening supply chain resilience.
SMEs with lower digital maturity or women-led businesses will be given priority during the selection process.
