  • Training Execution Data: For distance learning courses, we may collect and process audio and video recordings of sessions and interactions on e-learning platforms (e.g., Zoom, Microsoft Teams). These recordings serve as evidence of attendance and for evaluation purposes.

  • Generated Content: Information shared on collaborative platforms (e.g., Padlet, Google Drive) and communication systems (e.g., WhatsApp) used within the scope of the training.

C. Use of the Recruitment Platform (recrutamento.aida.pt)

  • For Candidates: Registration data (name, email), profile data (contact details, professional experience, academic background, CV), and application data.

  • For Companies: Registration data (company name, Tax ID, email) and information about posted job vacancies.

D. Data Imported from LinkedIn (Applicable to Candidates on the Recruitment Platform)
With your explicit consent, we may import data from your LinkedIn profile (contact information, professional experience, academic background) exclusively to pre-fill your candidate profile on our platform, in full compliance with LinkedIn’s API Terms of Use.

E. Technical Data (for all users)
We automatically collect technical information such as your IP address, browser type, and site usage data for security and statistical analysis purposes.

4. How We Use Your Personal Data

  • Provision of Services: To manage your account, allow applications for job vacancies, enable the posting of job offers, and manage your participation in events or projects.

  • Training Management: To manage your enrollment, participation, and evaluation in training courses, including attendance tracking, sharing of educational materials, and issuing certificates.

  • Compliance with Certification Requirements: With your explicit consent, to share the necessary data with regulatory bodies, such as the Directorate-General for Employment and Labour Relations (DGERT), for training quality control and certification purposes.

  • Communication: To send important notifications about your account, applications, or the courses you are enrolled in.

  • Marketing (with your consent): To send newsletters or communications about future training courses and other AIDA CCI initiatives.

  • Improvement of Our Services: To optimize the experience and functionality of our platforms.

  • With E-learning and Collaboration Platforms: Attending distance learning courses involves the use of third-party platforms (e.g., Forinsia, Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Google Drive, Padlet, WhatsApp). Sharing data with these platforms is essential for the execution of the training. We recommend consulting their respective privacy policies.

  • With Partners and Funding Bodies: In the context of events or projects, your data may be shared with co-organizing entities, sponsors, or funding bodies.

  • With Service Providers: We share data with entities that provide services to us (e.g., server hosting), which are contractually obliged to protect your data.
