Certified Modular Training – Flexible Learning for a Dynamic Labour Market

This project offers qualification pathways tailored to the needs of the labour market, with a focus on entrepreneurship and digital competencies.

• Total Eligible Cost: €758,752.50
• EU Support: €644,939.63 (85% co-financed)

• Promote social inclusion with flexible, individualised training offers.

Regional Relevance and Impact

Portugal still faces a significant qualification gap:

• 44.6% of adults aged 25–64 have not completed secondary education (EU27: 20.8% in 2020).
• 18.3% of young adults aged 20–24 enter the workforce without this level of education.
