Move PME

The MOVE PME Project, implemented by AIDA CCI, aims primarily to intensify training for entrepreneurs, managers, and employees, focusing on the reorganisation and enhancement of management capabilities within companies. This project, supported by the European Social Fund (ESF), promotes a practical, hands-on approach centred on innovation and change in the business environment, preparing companies to face new challenges and seize new opportunities.

The programme includes various training activities, with a strong emphasis on implementing management systems aimed at increasing organisational efficiency and preparing companies for national and international certifications. The training seeks to improve the quality of products and services offered, while also optimising internal processes, reducing inefficiencies and non-conformities.

Key objectives of the project include:

  • Certification readiness: Encouraging companies to adopt management systems that enable certification, either through the Portuguese Quality System or other international bodies.
  • Process optimisation: Reducing failures and improving operational efficiency to promote more effective business operations.
  • Increased visibility: Enhancing the credibility of companies with their stakeholders through good management practices and certified quality systems.

With a total eligible budget of €558,085.19 and European Union funding of €502,276.67, the MOVE PME project aims to empower companies in the North and Centre regions of Portugal, making them more competitive and better prepared for the challenges of the global economy.
