SME Training Programme

The project SME Training Programme, developed by AIDA CCI under the ESF and the Operational Programme for Competitiveness and Internationalisation, aims to intensify training for entrepreneurs and managers, promoting the reorganisation and improvement of management capabilities in SMEs. This programme focuses on innovation, organisational change, and digitalisation of business models.

With a total eligible cost of €598,681.88 and European Union funding of €538,813.69, the project covers the Centre and North regions and runs from November 2019 to February 2023.

Thematic Areas:

1. Innovation Management: Equip SMEs with innovation management skills, fostering internal development, business cooperation, and the ability to respond to the global market. This includes implementing innovative solutions in processes, products, services, and marketing, resulting in competitiveness gains and improved performance.
2. Implementation of Management Systems: Focus on process optimisation and building competitive advantages. Expected outcomes include product and service certification, reduction of non-conformities, and sustainable development, maximising organisational efficiency.
3. Digital Economy: Innovate through the digitalisation of business models, expanding the global positioning of SMEs. This involves developing modern distribution networks, integration into the digital economy, online presence, and merging digital and physical systems using advanced marketing tools.
