AIDA CCI, as the representative entity of the Enterprise Europe Network in the Aveiro region, invites companies to participate in the Public Consultation – Commercial Practices with Data launched by the European Commission on the use of customer data in commercial practices, including applications of artificial intelligence and smart contracts.
Purpose of the Consultation
The European Commission aims to gather input to understand how companies are using consumer data for business decision-making or revenue generation. This initiative is part of monitoring digital trends and creating a more appropriate regulatory framework.
